Hotel Check in – Check out Hours

Hotel Check in: from 14.00 p.m. Check out: until 12.00 p.m.

Late check out until 16.00 p.m. shall be charged 30 % of the room rate. Check out after 16:00 p.m. shall be charged as additional overnight stay.

Daily use of room: 12.00 p.m. – 18 .00 p.m.

Children Policy

We do not charge accommodation for children up to 5 years of age.

For children 5-12 years of age, accommodation is charged with 50% discount off the regular price of a room.

For children over 12 years of age, full accommodation price is charged.  

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Pets are not allowed in public areas such as the restaurant, swimming pool, fitness center, etc.

Reservation and accommodation Policy

For making reservation and using the accommodation, guest must be 18 years or older with valid identification document. Accommodation will only be provided to guests who are registered at the hotel’s reception desk.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed only in rooms with sign FREE SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed in NON SMOKING public area.

House Rules

Guests must familiarize themselves with the Hotel House Rules. If the accommodation rules are broken the hotel management shall have the right to end the guest’s stay before the originally agreed departure date and charge for the whole previously arranged period of hotel accommodation. In the event that the guest does not want to leave the hotel, the accommodation service provider is entitled to engage the authorized security person or immediately contact the relevant Serbian Police Office.

Damages

The hotel reserves the right to charge the missing inventory or damage caused by the guest according to the hotel price list. In case the damage is not reported by the guest, the hotel reserves the right to charge guest the cost of rectifying damage.

Visiting Guest Procedure

As we consider the guest’s comfort and safety to be our highest priority, the third party visitors who are not hotel guests are forbidden in the hotel rooms without previous approval and registration at the reception desk.

Food and Beverage

Due to health & safety precautions, we do not allow any food or beverages (including alcohol) from outside of the hotel to be brought in and consumed in the hotel premises.

Guests Safety

The use of ironing boards, portable burners and other heating devices is strictly forbidden.

It is forbidden to bring into the hotel flammable materials, explosives or firearms.

Cancelation Policy

Reservation could be canceled free of charge 48 hours prior to arrival, within 48 hours  will be charged 30% of the room rates  and  non – show is fully charged.
