Tami Residence

Tami Residence was opened in September 2009 within the Tami-Trade d.o.o. Company from Nis. The hotel is located at one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the city of Nis, only 2 km away from the downtown and is well connected with the central business district and other parts of the city.  It is located within a quiet environment, reflecting beauty of the nature that surrounds it and specificity of the ancient imperial Nis. The Hotel provide secured parking place free of charge, which facilitates organization of various events, as well as stay of guests at both Hotels.  

In order to provide our guests with the necessary comfort, good-quality accommodation and services, we have put the special emphasis on design and spaciousness of the rooms, with pleasant colors and carefully selected materials. While keeping the pace with the world trends and following up of the needs and requirements of its guests, the Hotel is constantly working on improvement of its interior and services, by which it became recognizable in Nis and its surrounding.

The Hotel capacity comprises 60 standard, superior and deluxe rooms, including 3 senior suites.

The Hotel also comprises the Sunset Restaurant with 120 seats capacity, the Greenhouse with 40 seats, and VIP Restaurant with 60 seats capacity.

 In case you have a need to treat yourself with moments of relaxation after your everyday duties and relive from stress, within the Tami Residence Hotel there is SPA&Wellness Center which offers various types of massage, fitness program, sauna, tepidarium and jacuzzi. The Hotel has the outdoor swimming pool.     

Within its complex, the Tami Residence Hotel also offers modern congress space with 100 seats capacity, as well as the meeting halls with 22 seats capacity. The conference halls are equipped in compliance with the high standards and trends, offering pleasant ambiance, professional support of technical staff and services tailored to fit the requirements of the event organizers.

The Hotel provides parking space for buses and cars with 60 vehicles capacity and 24 hours video surveillance. 

Annex Tami

Annex Tami is a separate unit within the Tami Resort complex. It was opened in 2009 as the Tami Residence Hotel extension. 

The access path to the separate unit is roofed, while the Annex is only 20 meters away from the main building.

The separate unit is of the 4-star category and comprises 8 deluxe and 2 superior rooms. In its 10 comfortable rooms with modern design and warm colors, it provides the identical service that is also provided in other rooms of the Tami Residence and Constantinus Palace Hotels. In case you wish a complete peace and intimate rest, the Annex is ideal place for your stay. The room service is available to all guests while other hotel services and content can be used in the main building of the Hotel.

Constantinus Palace Hotel

Constantinus Palace Hotel was built in 2017 as a part of the Tami Resort.

After the world’s five-star hotels model, the Hotel interior exudes European elegance with necessary touch of tradition reflected in details which make complete the impression regarding the location.

Luxury, elegance, modern design and carefully selected materials feature the new Hotel, which includes additional 42 luxurious rooms, 3 lux suites with jacuzzi bathtub, the Congress Hall with 400 seats, the Banquet Hall for celebrations with 280 seats, the attractive restaurant Helena at the top of the building and the Sky Lounge for moments of hedonism, which offers a fantastic view of the whole city of Nis.

Within its complex, Constantinus Palace offers modern Congress Center with multifunctional conference hall with 400 seats capacity and offers the possibility of being parted into two smaller halls with 150 and 200 seats capacity.
